Doc? Are you competent?

Everyday I will question myself if I'll be a competent doctor when I graduate. It's the feeling of inadequacy of a medical student who will soon launch to become a doctor. Experiences and tons of reading counts in every situation dealing with an ill patient. The quotation above by my new inspiration, Sir Will Osler is so true. Oh my, I'll keep that in my mind dearly that I should always think much ahead before talking! We, students are so used to babble out a lot of things related to the patient condition before forming a good approach and good plan systematically.
