Was reading my surgical journal and this topic caught my eyes "Effective Surgical Residents Strongly Influence Medical Students to Pursue Surgical Careers".

Well, I can only agree with it hands down. Needless to say anymore, because of Sandy, i am glued to it and will try to create similar magical influence on the new generation of med students who will be working with me!! ^ ^
